3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or in violation of eBay or AliExpress third-party developer policies.

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer monthly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. All transactions are processed via Stripe.

5. Account Safety & Anti-Linkage Disclaimer

Smashing Sellways provides infrastructure to assist in account isolation (such as proxy routing), but we are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or linkage penalties imposed by third-party platforms (including eBay, AliExpress, or Amazon).

You acknowledge that:

• Platform "linking" is a complex process controlled entirely by third-party marketplaces.
• You are responsible for your own browser fingerprinting, IP management, and stealth practices.
• We do not guarantee that using our platform will prevent account suspensions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smashing Sellways and DevSonic shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, loss of data, or account deactivations arising from your use of our automation tools.

7. Changes to Terms
